You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betget login credentials. Any activity performed under your betget account credentials is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility unless you have notified betget of compromised credentials prior to such activity.
betget operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. betget reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restriction or closure.

All betget accounts for Pakistani users operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no implicit or explicit currency conversion applied by betget to PKR-denominated deposits or withdrawals unless you explicitly select an alternative currency in your account settings.
betget processes withdrawal requests within one to three business hours as standard. Gold tier Rewards members receive priority same-day processing. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. betget reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed standard threshold amounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits to your betget account, subject to technical availability.
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. betget reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached, provided the account balance is above PKR 0. You will be notified by email thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of inactivity fees.

Any violation of these prohibited conduct rules grants betget the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s) and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of Section 9 below.
betget reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any betget account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; at the account holder's own request for self-exclusion; or in compliance with any applicable legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
Where an account is closed due to a user's breach of these Terms, betget reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, the balance will be returned to the user's verified payment source. Where a material breach is established, the balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may request closure of your betget account at any time by contacting betget support. Where self-exclusion is requested under betget's Responsible Gaming programme, specific self-exclusion terms apply as detailed in the Responsible Gaming section below.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betget and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of betget services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform maintenance; losses arising from decisions made based on information provided by betget's sports data feeds, odds, or statistics; unauthorised access to your betget account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security; or any loss or damage arising from events outside betget's reasonable control (force majeure).
betget's aggregate liability to any individual user for any cause of action shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betget provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betget does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times and accepts no liability for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of betget that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified in betget's applicable licensing framework.

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws applicable to you.
